Background:

Rodney Goldenberg’s dream of building a magnet high school in the Vista Unified School District began in 2007. In 2009, Mr. Goldenberg’s dream became a reality as Mission Vista High School opened its doors on the campus of Washington Middle School. One year later, in 2010, MVHS welcomed students to its beautiful, new 6 acre campus in northeastern Oceanside where Mr. Goldenberg served as its first principal. Mr. Goldenberg’s tireless effort, passion and vision were integral in creating this remarkable and leading edge campus.

The Rodney Goldenberg Scholarships:

The Mission Vista High School Timberwolves Foundation is pleased to offer two (2) $1,000.00 scholarships in honor of Rodney Goldenberg. These scholarships align with the Mission Vista High School focus areas of Arts, Communication, Science and Technology.
